Director Sreenu Vaitla's Telugu film 'Ready' is an action packed love story. Chandu (Ram), an engineering student, falls in love with Pooja (Genelia D’souza), an NRI who comes to visit her uncles in Rayalaseema, a small district in Andra Pradesh. A mistaken identity makes Chandu kidnap Pooja who is about to get married. The rest of the story is all about how Chandu falls in love with Pooja, plans to send her back to her home safely and even convinces his family to let him marry her. 'Gokulamlo Seetha’ is the story of two good friends - Pavan (Pawan Kalyan), a rich boss and a spoiled brat, and Bhaskar (Harish), his employee. They attend a function where they spot Sirisha (Raasi) and are immensely enchanted by her beauty and talent. Both try wooing her, but she rejects their proposals. To add to their woes, Sirisha’s mother has already made plans for her marriage. Sirisa’s life goes for a toss when situations turn against her. Once a don, Manikkam ( Rajnikanth) quits everything and leads a normal life as an auto-rickshaw driver. However, he soon has to face the devils of his past, which hamper his present family. Will he be able to get rid of them or will his past hunt him down?
Director Puri Jagannath's 'Pokiri', is a superb action-packed film about Pandu (Mahesh Babu) a brutal, but principled professional killer. While he must settle scores with the city's biggest criminal Ali (Prakash Raj), he also must win the heart of Sruthi (Ileana), who is not ready to spend her life with a goon. Director K. It is a story of a fun-loving person (Jagapathi Babu) who bets on winning the love of three girls (Rambha, Kanchan and Soundarya). The duo of ace writers, Paruchuri Brothers, have penned a very energetic subject for the then upcoming star Venkatesh. It’s the story of Komaranna (Rajasekhar), an innocent tribal guy who comes to the city and becomes a victim of the gang wars, losing his dear ones. 'Amalapuram Alludu’ is the Telugu dubbed version of a Tamil film directed by C. Ranganath. It is the story of a village boy Balu (Vijay) who comes to a city to take up a new job and ends up facing some unexpected situations. Vidya Sagar has composed the music for the film which is a complete family entertainer. A person double-crosses his own elder brother to usurp their ancestral property. He also leaves his sister-in-law and his nephew at fate’s mercy. The movie relates the struggles the victim’s family undergoes. A simple village girl is forced to take up arms when a Zamindar and his brother kill her mother and siblings. She gangs with her father and his fellow revolutionaries in a bid to avenge the killings of her family members.
This is a tale of a wealthy woman, both miserly and unkind, who leads a selfish life. How her second daughter-in-law, who is tough as nails, reforms her leads to the climax of the story. A rich man falls in love with a young girl and marries her against his mother's wishes. But after marriage his wife and mother fail to get along well, leading to the former leaving the house. A stern lady asks her daughter, who is being married, to keep her husband under check by subjecting him to regulations. Their otherwise congenial relationship is under danger when the daughter obeys her mother’s instructions.
It is the story of a struggle of a poor family, which survives on framing, headed by a woman in a village. She and her second son take up the cudgels for the other poor farming folk of the village, while mercenaries use her first son, a government office to loot the village. An illegitimate child of a landlord tries to regain the property belonging to her father usurped by his caretaker following the latter’s death. She is helped in this mission by the caretaker’s nephew, who loves her. A tale of a selfless young man who sacrifices his all for the sake of his family. A happily married Zamindar’s life changes for the worse when he marries for the second time. His second wife and her uncle kidnap his only son by his first wife and abandon him. A Zamindar’s son working as an ordinary mill worker gives shelter to an escaped convict. The convict, however, dupes his benefactor and goes to the Zamindar’s place posing as the heir to the property. <br/><br/> A righteous lawyer is killed when the thug he wants to expose kills him. One of his sons grows up to become a cop while the younger one becomes a criminal.
A rickshaw puller wins lottery and his wife delivers a son at the same time. The boy is then named the ‘boy with the Midas touch’. But the boy has to travel through many a rough patch when he grows up. A capable police officer gets killed in a shootout with a gangster. The widowed officer’s wife decides to bring up the gangster’s son, who is left behind by his father during the encounter. A noble man’s only intention in life is to bring up as many orphaned children as he can. He rescues a girl, who is trying to commit suicide and brings her home. His life then changes.
It is a story of an austere father’s uneasy relations with his first son. The son marries a girl of his choice and moves out. Certain circumstances bring them together again, but much damage has been done already. A rich playboy falls in love with a not so well to do girl and straightens out his act. However, his former girlfriend is found murdered leading to his imprisonment. Two childhood lovers meet after a gap of fourteen years, but their marriage faces stiff opposition. A nefarious landlord’s schemes in order to achieve his goal affect both the lovers’ families.

A couple’s two sons marry girls of their own choice. But, soon after their marriage, differences emerge between the girls and their in-laws leading to the two sons walking out of their parents lives. A tale of a rich, unscrupulous woman, who does anything for financial gains. Her sons and their lovers want to teach her a lesson when she goes a bit to far.
Goddes Adi Shakthi promises an evil sorcerer supernatural powers if he manages to sacrifice the head of most handsome, most brave and most intelligent prince. He finds the prince with all these attributes and then tries to achieve his evil mission. Lord Shiva curses his son Karthavaraya, appointed a custodian of a garden in Kashi, for being unable to control his desire for a female. When Goddess Parvathi begs Lord Shiva to withdraw his curse, she too is cursed to live like a normal human being. How Karthavaraya and Paravathi lead their lives as humans forms the essence of the narrative. It is the tale of an innocent and an honest engineer who has a false rape case foisted on him. He tries to prove his innocence by escaping from the jail along with three other criminals who are also considerate human beings. The film follows the hurdles they face before the long arm of the law catches up with them.
A couple separate after a year of their marriage due to minor disagreements. They bump into each other several years later. What ensues is anybody’s guess. It is a tale of two brothers who differ in all aspects. One is a temple priest, while the other is a courageous person who takes on the unscrupulous president of the village. A landlord adopts a Dalit girl kid and antagonizes himself to his entire village. He moves to a city with his own kid and his adopted child. The problems he faces when the adopted kid grows up forms the root of the story.
Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi flee from Vaikunta to avoid being hunted down by ruthless King Hiranyakashipa. The kids, who go searching for their dad, also get separated from each other. All of them live separately, unaware of one another’s existence.

This tale narrates the tense relationship between a once successful film director and his son by his mistress. The mistress plans to make an autobiographical film. The director fears disapproval from his fans. On the contrary, the son makes his father proud and also helps him to accept his mother as his lawful wife too. A tale of mistaken identities, as twin sisters who are separated at birth meet in their adulthood. They grow up with lifestyles that are just the opposite of the other. One turns out to be a distinguished painter in the city and the other grows up to be an innocent village girl.

This is the story a young boy in a historical town who becomes a tourist guide to support his entire family. An elderly childless couple takes a liking to him and wants to adopt him. Excels in his first double role as Arun, the rich spoilt brat, and Ramudu, the auto driver.

He falls in love with the princess and goes all out to save the life of his love
The essence of love is beautifully shown on the screen. 'Preminchukundam Raa’ is a love story of Giridhar (Venkatesh) and Kaveri (Anjala Javeri). They both fall in love and as usual the girl’s father refuses to acknowledge their love however finally their love succeeds ‘Kalisundam Raa’ is the story of two feuding families and their egos. Raghu (Venkatesh), the grandson of Raghavaiah (Vishwanath), takes upon himself the responsibility of uniting these families. How he does it is what the film is all about. ‘Sarpayagam’ is a revenge drama which revolves around the bond between Venugopal (Shoban Babu) who is a reputed Doctor and his daughter Anupama (Roja), and Venugopal’s struggle to fulfill his daughter’s last wish.
Chilipi Krishunudu' is a dramatic love story of Krishna and Vani. Krishna after losing Vani to death takes up the responsibility of Vani’s family and successfully supports her family against all odds. A period love story which narrates the trials and turbulation of two lovers Chinna Babu and Mathura and how they fight all odds and ultimately get united. ‘Mundadugu’ is a gripping family drama which narrates how Chakravarthy and Tilak fight the combine might of a rich and powerful trio and win. It is the story of the victory of good over evil.
